BEGINNER
This class is an entry level with no
experience necessary.
INTERMEDIATE
Prior experience is necessary. Skills necessary to be in this class are proficient handstands, cartwheels, round-off, and bridge w/kickover.
8:1 ratio
ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE
Skills that need to be proficiently done to be admitted to this class include: back walkovers, back handsprings and round off- back handspring.
10:1 ratio
ADVANCED
Round-off with 3 back handsprings are needed to be in this class. Everyone will be working on their back saltos, whether in a tuck, pike, or layout position. Some will be working fulls, double fulls, or double backs. We do limited front tumbling, as well.
