3 to 5 year olds, entry level gymnastics (or limited exposure to gymnastic skills) without parental participation. This class is 45 minutes in length. Children receive instruction on Floor, Bars and Beam. Your young gymnast will learn forward rolls, straddle rolls how to walk on the beam and be introduced to the bar. For additional FUN the use of the inflatables, trampoline and foam pit are also included!

3 to 5 year olds, without parental participation, must have prior experience. In the 45 minute class children will receive instruction on Floor, Bars and Beam. The focus is on perfecting basic skills like cartwheels and handstands on Floor. The young gymnasts will be introduced to more advanced skills on floor, spinning around the Bars and more advanced balancing skills on the Beam. The use of the inflatables, trampoline and foam pit are also included!
ADVANCED KINDERGYM 1 & 2 Click Here for Class Times and Fees
5 to 7 year olds, entry level, includes basic instruction in tumbling and on the gymnastic apparatus. Basic skills are reviewed and perfected, and new skills are introduced on each event (Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor). The use of the inflatables, trampoline and foam pit are also included!
ADVANCED KINDERGYM 2 & 3 Click Here for Class Times and Fees
5 to 7 year olds, 1 year prior experience required, or placement by Midstate staff. This class includes introduction of basic skills in tumbling and all the gymnastic equipment. This class is 90 minutes in length. We will work on handstands, cartwheels, balancing on the beam with control, pullovers on bars and using the springboard correctly as a preparation for vaulting. This class includes the use of the inflatables, trampoline and foam pit!
