REGISTRATION INFORMATION

FAMILY DISCOUNTS FOR REGISTRATION FEES AND CLASS FEES AND/OR MULTIPLE CLASSES. 

 WE OFFER CONTINUOUS REGISTRATION THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.  REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE.  YOU MAY CALL TO CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF A CLASS, BUT YOU MUST COME IN TO REGISTER.  REGISTRATION FORMS FOR NEW STUDENTS MAY BE FILLED OUT AND PRINTED OFF HERE.

 REGISTRATION FORM

REGISTRATION FEES ARE PAID ON A YEARLY BASIS STARTING WITH YOUR ORIGINAL REGISTRATION DATE.  FEES ARE $30.00 PER STUDENT OR $55.00 PER FAMILY AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.


 

Registration during closing dates:

Saturday, May 22  

9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Tuesday, May 25   

4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, May 27  

4:30 p.m. –   7:00 p.m.

Closing Dates:

The gym will be closed Sunday, May 23 thru Sunday, June 6th.
